The platform seeks to build an institutional-grade, Dublin-based affordable residential for rent portfolio.

Solas Living Property Investment Dublin

JV with local operating partner MM Capital to assemble and build an affordable residential for rent platform with a focus on Dublin. The investment addresses the supply shortage of professionally-managed rental homes and social housing in Ireland. In particular, it will target residences that fall within the affordable bracket and/or that can be converted to social housing under long term leases backed by Irish Local Authorities.

The platform has been branded Solas Living, which will provide good-quality professionally managed housing.
